We don’t believe in offering a generalised “shotgun” approach to solve conflicts in a company. You are different from every other company and you have different needs. Interventions can take from a day or even a month to complete. It all depends on the level of co-operation we get from you.
The cost of an intervention varies from intervention to intervention and level of consultation and complexity of your conflict problem.
Our standard fee is R3000 per day for a consultation. However, this rate could drop as low as R2000 per day depending on the length of the intervention.
